Ⅰ. The role of membrane bioreactor

Membrane bio-reactor for sewage treatment is one of the best sewage treatment technologies. Its principle of action is to rely on external pressure and use the selective permeability of the membrane to allow sewage to pass through the membrane while pollutants are intercepted by the membrane so as to achieve the purpose of removing pollutants from the water body.

Ⅱ. Application of the membrane bioreactor

(1) Membrane bio-reactor treats printing and dyeing wastewater

The industrial wastewater discharged from textile and printing and dyeing factories has high salt content, high chemical oxygen demand and high chroma, so it is difficult to treat the wastewater with biochemical methods. Traditional sewage treatment chemicals processes such as activated sludge method and sedimentation method are difficult to improve the water quality to discharge standards.

A more efficient treatment method is to first use activated sludge and other biodegradation methods, and then use the method of membrane bio-reactor nanofiltration. SDIC disinfectant can treat printing and dyeing wastewater so as to make it achieve recyclable water quality, and all aspects of water quality after treatment are close to those of groundwater. This treatment technology can recycle 80% to 90% of the printing and dyeing wastewater.

(2) Membrane bio-reactor for drinking water treatment

Water treatment technologies in water plants usually include flocculation, sedimentation, filtration, and chlorination. Although the water quality can meet drinking standards, bacteria and viruses can easily grow in long-distance pipelines. Therefore, it is necessary to further treat daily drinking water.
