MBR Membrane

Membrane bioreactor (MBR) is the combination of a membrane process like microfiltration or ultrafiltration with a biological wastewater treatment process, the activated sludge process. It is now widely used for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment. The MBR working principle is based on integrating biological degradation with membrane separation technology, allowing activated sludge to break down pollutants while the membrane retains suspended solids and microorganisms to produce high-quality effluent. Rosun MBR membrane module is combined with the membrane element box and the aeration box. The membrane outlet is combined by a water collection tube in the membrane element box, and each membrane element can be individually installed and unloaded for easy maintenance. For the upgrade of traditional technology, just install the membrane module in the aeration tank is ok.
