Recommended Applications

Multi-purpose, high-efficiency alkaline cleaner SafFoam is suitable for cleaning production equipment and workshops in dairy, beverage and food processing plants, livestock houses, site facilities, transportation vehicles in farms, and slaughterhouses.

Application & Dosage

• PRE-RINSE

Pre-rinse the equipment, workshop walls, floors, etc. to be cleaned with water.

• ALKALINE CLEANING

Dilute SafFoam by 2-5%. Using a dedicated foaming gun, apply 250-500ml/m² of foam evenly over the equipment, walls, floors, etc. to be cleaned for 15-30 minutes. When the environment temperature is low (below 10°C) or the equipment is located in a high-oil environment, it is recommended to dilute this product with warm water around 50°C.

• POST-RINSE

Use a high-pressure water gun to rinse thoroughly.

STORAGE

• Store in a cool, dry place.

• Avoid contact with acids.
